Workshops
Informal workshops, including Improvisation Skills, are available to all of the course participants, from experts in their field. Students are encouraged to develop freedom from tension as well as an awareness of posture, breath and movement both generally and during performance.

Improvisation Skills
Peter Wiegold will lead an open improvisation workshop for composers and players together, drawing on many musical styles, and also a session on theatre and presentation skills, vital to giving really committed performances.
As well as being a composer, Peter Wiegold is a conductor and one of
the countries most experienced workshop leaders. He has specialised in
bringing improvisation to classical musicians, and has also worked as a
music-theatre coach.
